Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your engagement with our SEO services, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the service provided must be unused and in the same condition that you purchased it. It must also align with the original scope of work agreed upon.
Several types of services are exempt from being returned. Customized SEO strategies, personalized consultancy, and specific digital marketing plans cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for services that involve intimate or proprietary information, legal consultations, or any services rendered as part of a package deal.

- Prepaid consulting sessions
- Downloadable digital marketing materials
- Specialized industry reports
To initiate your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note, direct returns to any external consultants or service providers used during your project are not accepted.
Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Services that have been partially executed but are not in accordance with the client’s specifications, not due to our error.
- Any service that is initiated but not completed due to client inaction or delay, beyond the control of our team.
Refunds Process
Upon receipt of your request for a refund and after inspection of the details surrounding your service engagement, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Services
Only regular priced services may be refunded. Sale services cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace services if they are defective or did not meet the agreed-upon specifications. If you need to exchange it for the same service, send us an email at info@simplyexpanding.com.
Gifts
If the service was marked as a gift when purchased and delivered directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the request for a return is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the service wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order for themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about your return.
Returning Services

You may be responsible for any costs associated with the cancellation of services, such as third-party consultation fees or market research expenses, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of these services may be deducted from your refund.
The time it may take for your refund to be processed can vary based on the complexity of the service provided.
For high-value services, we recommend discussing the return process directly with our team to ensure that all parties’ expectations are managed appropriately. We don’t guarantee that we will be able to offer a refund for every service.
